Cost:

Full meeting registration: £1500 + VAT

This includes the cost of the exhibition space & attendance to all scientific sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks & lunches for ONE exhibitor. It also includes attendance at the evening networking event and dinner on 8th November for one exhibitor. Price does NOT include accommodation.

Additional exhibitors may attend at the normal delegate rates:

1 day: £550* + VAT 

2 day: £1075** + VAT

*Should you wish to attend the networking event and dinner on the evening of 8th November, there is an additional charge of £75 + VAT.

As in previous years, PIPA will NOT be booking overnight accommodation for you. If you wish to book a room for one or more nights then please contact the hotel directly via 01483 917075, letting them know you are attending the PIPA Conference.Overnight bed and breakfast accommodation has been reserved at a preferential rate of £90. Please note that only a limited number of rooms have been reserved, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing and received at least one calendar month prior to the event. A £50 administration fee will be charged for the cancellation. Registrants who do not cancel by that date and who do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are allowed at any time but please notify PIPA in writing of any such substitutions as soon as possible. As PIPA is a non-profit making organisation, if the substitute is not a PIPA member, the substitute will be responsible for obtaining PIPA membership before the commencement of the event.
