ICSR Acknowledgements – Not Being Received

We submit ICSRs via the MHRA ICSR Submissions Portal rather than a Gateway.

In recent weeks, we are increasingly have to resubmit ICSRs as they are not being acknowledged by the MHRA. We are not being told what the issue is with the ICSRs and often there is no discernible error.

Has anyone else had this issue or can offer some guidance?

Hi,

This was discussed at the December PIPLIVE Webinar and, as a result, PIPA has contacted the MHRA for an update from them on the problems raised. The MHRA has confirmed it will be coming back to us with a response shortly.
