    We recommend that feedback questionnaires are sent either together with the response, or shortly after the response. This will also ensure that the feedback is linked to the response given.

    We have recently updated our resources available with example templates to be sent to healthcare professionals by medical information (MI) departments to elicit feedback to improve and enhance the service provided by the MI function. The survey may be sent out in Word format as an attachment with enquiry responses, or the questions can be used within an automated survey sent out from within the MI database, or by utilising an online survey tool.-
